Private Collector Purchases Tupac Sex Tape

Way back in October, TMZ reported that a Tupac Shakur sex tape had come to light. The tape caused a bidding war and TMZ now reports that it has been sold to a ‘private collector.’

The 1991 tape showed the famed rapper getting down and dirty with one his female groupies. The private individual who purchased the tape did so because he thinks of large porn companies as “parasites.”

A rep of the Tupac estate released a statement threatening to pursue anyone who attempted to release the footage. “We will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape. Get [your] legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out,” he said.

There has been no word on how much the tape sold for. However, it apparently contained an unreleased track playing in the background, which led to some entities making bids of up to $1 million for the music alone.

Rihanna Lashes Back At Dutch Magazine

Rihanna recently took to Twitter to respond to a fashion writer’s comments in the latest issue of “Jackie,” the Dutch Magazine. The article, which degrades the Barbadian singer refers to her as the “ultimate n****b***” and consists of multiple inaccuracies.

The writer’s comment read:  “Ze heb street cred, ze heb een ghetto ass, en ze heb dat gouden keeltje. Rihanna, the good girl gone bad, is de ultieme niggabitch en etaleert dat graag, en dat betekent bij haar: wat aan is, kan uit…”

The Dutch version will be of no help to those of you who speak English so here is a more direct translation: “She has street cred, she has a ghetto ass and she has a golden throat. Rihanna, the good girl gone bad, is the ultimate niggabitch and displays that gladly, and for her that means: what’s on can come off. If that means she’ll be on stage half naked, then so be it. But Dutch winters aren’t like Jamaican ones, so pick a clothing style in which your daughter can resist minus ten. No to the big sunglasses and the pornheels, and yes to the tiger print, pink shizzle and everything that glitters. Now let’s hope she won’t beat anybody up at daycare.”

Mitch Winehouse Denies Saying Lady Gaga Should Play His Daughter In Biopic

A couple of days ago, rumours were circulating about Amy Winehouse’s father wanting Lady Gaga to play Amy in a possible Biopic. However, Mitch Winehouse has responded to the rumours saying that even though a Biopic is still a possibility, he never wanted Gaga to play Amy.

 

A representative for the Winehouse family spoke to Entertainment Weekly on the matter saying: “Mitch and the family would entertain ideas perhaps for a film but only one they were sure would tell the truth.”

 

He also addressed the matter of Gaga playing Amy via his Twitter account. “I never said Lady Gaga will play Amy in film. Also Amy’s room not a shrine. Wot a load of rubbish,” he tweeted.

 

This may be sad news for the little monsters out there who wanted to see their mother as Amy on the big screen but have no fear, she’ll make it there sometime soon.

 

Mariah Yeater Lied About Justin Bieber Being Her Baby Daddy For $50,000

Unfortunately, secrets never stay hidden and this is the perfect situation to prove this theory true. I’m sure we all remember Mariah Yeater, that foolish young lady who accused Justin Bieber of being the father of her son. Well, Yeater’s ex-boyfriend claims that the entire story was a hoax, which was part of her get rich quick scheme.

Robert Powell, the incarcerated ex-boyfriend of Yeater told his story to RumorFix. He said, “We were both homeless and living in Oceanside [Calif.] and Mariah was trying to make some quick money.”

Her story was that she had a 30 second sex session with the Biebs in the bathroom of the Staples Center after one of his shows, which resulted in her becoming pregnant. The tale was fabricated and sold to the tabloids for $50,00 and is just that, a tale.

Powell also revealed why Yeater chose a young and defenseless Justin Bieber – “She just picked him, because she thought he was famous and all and thought she could get a lot of money by telling the magazine Justin was the father. She just saw him as an opportunity to make a lot of money,” he said. Mariah has never met Justin Bieber far less attended one of his concerts.

Powell also revealed that he is the father of Tristyn Yeater even though his birth certificate does not bear the name of a father.

“She said she was doing it for us … for our family and son. She made it seem like it was all for us but she’s greedy. I don’t know, I still love her though. All I want is to be with my son, that’s all I care about. She can take all her money, I just want my son. And man, on the real, I feel sorry for Justin Bieber. He’s just a little kid man. He don’t need to be going through all this drama. He got a career and sh*t to focus on. I feel sorry for the dude.”

Robert Powell is in jail on charges of burglary, receiving stolen property and drug possession. Yeater’s lawyers commented on the matter saying that the accusations are “all wrong.”

Charlie Sheen Makes A Big Twitter Mistake

Charlie Sheen messed up big time with his latest stunt, which caused a disaster on Twitter. Sheen only created his account on March 1^st but you would think he would have gotten the hang of it by now.  While having his meal at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, he accidentally tweeted his cell phone number to his 5,593,657 followers.

Instead of direct messaging the number to Justin Bieber, he tweeted: “310-954-7277 Call me bro. C.” This fortuitous tweet resulted in approximately 1,800 texts and thousands of calls within a matter of minutes.

A source told the Hollywood Reporter that Sheen answered a few of the calls saying “Ray’s Pizza” and “Winning.” ‘But his phone just continued ringing and buzzing and eventually just completely melted down. Charlie was like, “I guess I need a new phone.”‘

Entertainment Daily trued to call the number but it has long been disconnected. When Justin BIeber was asked to comment on the mishap, he simply said “WINNING!”

Mariah Yeater Insists That Justin Bieber Take Paternity Test

This b**** just won’t give up! Despite the fact that her lawyers threw both her and her case out the door, Yeater just keeps pushing. We thought that Justin was in the clear but that’s not the case. Yeater has hired new lawyers and has decided to pursue the case outside of the court system.

Jeffrey M. Leving, who has foolishly decided to represent Yeater told WGN-TV, “This matter is not over. Negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel. There’s a new legal team [in place.]” He also stated that Yeater still believes that Justin is the father of her child and that a private DNA test will be pursued

He continued, “My goal, when a DNA test is completed, is to keep everything confidential, which will be difficult if not impossible. I’m very concerned about this.”

Justin’s PR Crisis Manager Matthew Hiltzik has replied with a statement saying, “It’s sad that someone would fabricate such a malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claim. We’ll continue to consider all of our options to protect Justin.” [According to PEOPLE]

On another note, TMZ has gotten their hands on text messages, which supposedly indicate that Yeater believes her ex to be the father. Bieber’s lawyer commented saying, “This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story.”

He continued, “Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never meet Justin, she has consistently identified another man as the child’s father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media.”

Weitzman concluded “There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be.”

Verdict In Michael Jackson Manslaughter Trial Announced

The fate of Dr.Conrad Murray has been decided. Murray acted as Michael Jackson’s personal physician and administered Propofol ( a drug which reduces and anxiety and tension ) which eventually lead to Michael’s death. The  12 members of the jury convicted Dr.Conrad Murray on charges of involuntary manslaughter. He now faces up to four years in jail and the loss of his medical license.

When the verdict was read, Murray displayed no emotion. He stood there completely apathetic. Jackson’s fans gathered outside of the court house and rejoiced when the verdict was read. It was concluded that Murray’s handling of his patient ( namely Jackson ) during his final hours were curious. The jury argued that he did not act with his patient’s best interest at heart. The prosecution continued to argue that Murray was reckless and negligent.

Murray’s court date to determine his sentencing is set for November 29th. As a result of a recent change in State Law, Murray could possibly serve his jail time in a Los Angeles County Jail rather than a State Penitentiary.

The Justin Bieber Is A Baby Daddy Scandal

Mariah Yeater is continuing to cause unnecessary stress and public relations horror to 17-year-old superstar Justin Bieber. Due to her claims that Justin is the father of her 4-month-old son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse, the Biebs was forced to hire a PR crisis management team to handle the situation.  The dramatic part of this story comes here, as Yeater originally told her ex- boyfriend that he was the father.

John Terranova, 19 year old ex-boyfriend of 20 year old Mariah Yeater told the ‘New York Post,’ “She came back here from California telling me she was pregnant with my child and I said, ‘This is impossible, you’ve been in California two months and back here for only a week.”

“After I told her that’s not my kid, you’ve only been here for a week, then she told me, ‘No, I got pregnant before I left by you,’” Terranova continued. “But it didn’t make sense because she had a doctor’s note saying she wasn’t pregnant enough for that to be possible. It didn’t add up.”

“She tried to tell me it was my kid after one week. For a second I believed her then I went and talked to my grandma who said no sweetie that’s not possible so when I went back to her she tried to say she got pregnant before she left,” Terranova said.
Terranova and Yeater met at a high school in Las Vegas designed for students who were removed from other educational facilities. The two dated for nearly four years until he broke up with her after she cheated.

Yeater claimed that it was the then 16 year old Justin Bieber who impregnated her after they engaged in a 30 second sex session in the bathroom of the Staples Center after his concert in October 2010.

Terranova said, “I know it’s not Justin Bieber.” “She just wants money. It’s a scam.” Terranova’s present girlfriend Lacy Jensen, who is also pregnant, agreed with the statement. “Poor kid he’s worked so hard for his career and to deal with this. She just wants to get her name out there,” said Jensen. “She’s a gold-digger and just wants someone to take care of her,” Jensen said. “She was a really big party animal who got around a lot. She was a big slut. She’s scandalous.”

Yeater was arrested on the charge of battery after she slapped her ex-boyfriend last December, when she returned from a trip to find him dating Lacy Jensen. “I was sitting in my room talking to Lacy when my brother came in and said, ‘Dude, Mariah on the couch downstairs,’ ”

“I came downstairs with Lacy and when Mariah saw her, she freaked out. She came outside to Lacy’s white Honda Civic and picked up a brick and threw it through the back windshield and the back left passenger window. She broke those two windows.”

“I came outside and asked her why she’s breaking all our s***,” Terranova said. “Me and her got into a shouting match right there on the driveway when all of sudden she told me to get out of her face and she didn’t want to see me anymore, and I told her if that’s the case you need to get off my driveway because you’re at my house so if you don’t want to see me no more you have to leave.”

“She hit me in the mouth three times and told me I can’t talk to her like that. I had my uncle and girlfriend here as witnesses. I called the police and she got arrested. She was crying in the backseat of the car saying it wasn’t supposed to be like this.”
During Bieber’s appearance on the ‘Today’ show, he commented on the incident saying, “I’d just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true. I know I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim,” Justin said as the audience screamed. “It’s crazy, every night after the show I’ve gone right from the stage right to my car, so it’s crazy some people want to make up such false allegations. But to set the record straight, none of it is true. Never met the woman.”

Bieber tweeted, “@todayshow thanks for letting me set the record straight. what is real are my fans…this album…and this charity work. see u guys the 23rd.”

Justin Bieber will take a paternity test on December 15^th upon his return to the U.S.

Jason Maloni ( of Levick Strategic Communications), a member of the crisis management team hired by Justin released a statement saying, “Crisis managers are often engaged by parties involved in litigation regardless of culpability simply because there is a public interest factor that requires immediate, direct communication.” “As Bieber grows in his career, there are likely to be more examples of fans who engage in stalking and other obsessive behavior that could boil over into gossip columns.” “I imagine the rapid response reflexes he is learning now are more aimed at quickly managing future issues rather than present ones.”

Matthew Hiltzik ( of Hiltzik Strategies ), who has worked with Justin on several projects and who is another member of the team said, “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.” “We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations on behalf of Justin Bieber.”

Mariah Yeater filed a paternity suit on Monday claiming that she had the baby nine months after their sexual encounter. She is currently requesting that Justin take a paternity test and she is seeking child support of up to $260,000 per month.  Justin and his legal team intend to sue Yeater when the results come back negative.

Bieber was 16 at the time, which opens up the possibility of statutory rape charges against Mariah Yeater, who was 19 when the alleged sexual encounter took place. The age of consent in California is 18 years old.

Justin Bieber Accused Of Impregnating A Belieber

Hours after the teenage heartthrob Justin Bieber released his Christmas album the star became wrapped up in a dangerous scandal. According to the ‘New York Post,’ 20-year-old Mariah Yeater of California has accused Bieber of being her baby daddy. She said that the two had sex backstage last year during one of his shows and as a result a child was born. (Clearly she is the modern Mary)

Mariah has served Bieber with a lawsuit in high hopes that the court will rule that he take a paternity test to prove that he fathered her son. A court hearing has been set for later this year.

Justin’s PR team quickly swooped in stating that the allegations are definitely false.I mean, they must be, this is probably just a means for her to get some quick money and publicity.  Justin tweeted,  “so Im going to ignore the rumors…and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall! ”

Judge Grants Selena Gomez Restraining Order

A Los Angels judge has approved Selena Gomez’s request for a restraining order against Thomas Brodnicki, a 46-year old man who threatened to murder her a few days ago.

According to BBC, Selena said “I am in extreme fear of Mr. Brodnicki, due to his direct threat on my life… As well as his history of stalking.” The order dictates that he stay at least 100 yards away from Gomez.

Thomas Brodnicki, who has a history of mental illness and a criminal record, recently told his therapist that he was planning to murder Selena Gomez.

BBC also reports that Brodnicki was held in a psychiatric institution for a period of 3 days after “he was accused of threatening to harm people on the street by scratching their eyes out.”

The next hearing is scheduled for November 4^th. In the event that all goes well, she could have the order extended to three years.
